Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. For urgent matters during an active experience, emergency contact information is provided to all participants.
Before You Visit
Our office serves primarily as an administrative base. All experiences begin at designated trailheads or meeting points communicated upon booking confirmation.
If you wish to meet in person before committing to an experience, we offer complimentary 30-minute consultations at local cafes in Banff. Please request this when you contact us.

Common Questions
Do I need hiking experience?
Requirements vary by experience. Socratic Dialogue Walks and The Thinker's Trail are suitable for anyone in reasonable health. The Executive Wilderness Retreat requires moderate fitness and comfort with backcountry conditions. We discuss requirements during the booking process.
What equipment do I need to bring?
A detailed packing list is provided upon booking. Generally, you need appropriate footwear, layered clothing, and personal items. We provide all technical equipment, safety gear, and food for multi-day experiences.
What happens if weather is poor?
We operate in all conditions except those presenting genuine safety risks. Rain and cold are part of the experience. In cases of severe weather, we reschedule at no additional cost.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking. Our wilderness meals are prepared fresh and can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergy requirements.
